Payment and Insurance

The HD Family and Cosmetic Dentistry office will help you receive the maximum benefits from your insurance plan. Please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursement for the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. Some insurance companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures and others pay a percentage of the charge. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible and co-insurance amounts or any other balances not paid for by your insurance carrier.

HD Dentistry does advise patients not to rely on insurance coverage for complete dental care. Insurance rarely pays the total amount needed to receive optimum care. For your convenience, our business office will submit claims electronically, utilizing the latest in computer technology.
